A wellness consultation is a 1-hour session with ShaaniCreates to help identify a plan of action for improving the wellbeing of your mind, body, and spirit. After identifying and establishing a plan of action, the next step is implementation and integration. ShaaniCreates is here to help guide you through your journey. How may we serve you?

During a wellness consultation, we will identify areas in your life where you can make adjustments to your routine and create new, healthy habits to help you reach goals, destroy limiting beliefs, change your lifestyle, increase self-confidence and empower you in your daily life.
What does the wellness consultation include:
- A questionnaire filled out by the client before the session
- A consultation to identify a path forward for wellness consulting services
- PDF report and summary of the wellness consultation
A wellness consultation does not replace medical treatment and care.
